14 days to decide

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How it works

1. Write to kleatostore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged or wrong.
2. We send you the instructions for the return.
3. Once the item is checked, we exchange it or refund you to the original payment method.

Wrong size?

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it for the right size.
